What is SMS Automation?

SMS automation is a Windows based application which will integrate a SMS service to your databases. This provides the ability to rapidly produce and comprehensively manage automated responses, lookups and queries.

How does SMS Automation work?

SMS Automation works by building tasks and providing tools (and in turn steps) that can be combined together to form a work flow. Tools fall into 5 distinct categories:

  • Event tools - The ability to fire the inbound SMS
  • Output tools - Send SMS
  • Query tools - ODBC look up
  • General tools - Parsers and filters body of message
  • Format tools - Formatting as plain text
